Who it may suit
- Clients who are past the first trimester
- General muscular aches linked to changing posture
- Tired legs, back or shoulders
- Quiet time to relax in a supported position
A gentle massage with supportive positioning, tailored to changing comfort needs after the first trimester.
Pregnancy massage is designed around comfort rather than a standard massage routine. Cushions and side-lying or supported positions can be used so you do not have to lie in a way that feels awkward. The therapist can focus on areas commonly affected by postural change, such as the back, hips, legs, neck and shoulders.
Every session should be adapted to you. Share relevant health information, say what you want from the appointment and speak up about pressure or positioning at any point.
Please note: If your pregnancy is high-risk, you have unusual symptoms, or you are unsure whether massage is suitable, speak with your midwife, GP or obstetric team before booking.
